ULM (House of a New Creation), operating in Tallinn, is a cultural establishment which brings a breath of fresh air, a community intellectual and entertainment centre, with focus on creating productions, music events and performances based on the principles of experience design and thereby, enriching the local and cross-border cultural sphere.

ULM doesn’t just play in its room, it also goes outside to speak to neighbours, gather information, think along and contribute to the community with its creativity by giving it more character and playfulness. We wish to contribute to a fulfilling living environment experience with our existence.
