The engineer Ludvig Sander (Priit Loog) and the poet Tiit Piibeleht (Tambet Seling) are well-known characters to the Estonians. We meet them in Eduard Vilde's comedy as well as among many friends, colleagues, and enemies, also on the photos in the gossip magazines. These two characters have had different faces and problems throughout time but there is always one issue between them that stays the same - should a man do all that it takes - should he lie to the others and to himself - to gain fame and recognition or should he follow his conscience knowing that every person in this world gets a fair share of luck and love? It is definitely worth seeing how Sander and Piibeleht do this time, especially because the business and the daughters are handled by Missis Vestman (Carmen Mikiver).
