The play is about Konrad Mägi - one of the best known Estonian artists. Konrad Mägi (1878 -1925) is the shortest, angriest and most ambitious artist who ever lived in Estonia. He has been dreaming of fame since childhood. Being too short to become a world champion of wrestling, and not regarding his acting and music skills too highly, he threw himself into painting. By now the art lovers have recognized what Mägi always knew himself - he is a genius, the best colourist among Estonian artists, His favorite colour was cadmium red. In spring 2004 Konrad Mägi's painting "Capri" was sold at auction for over one million kroons. Famous names of the Estonian art history are also on the stage- Amandus Adamson, Aleksander Tassa and Nikolai Triik.
