Ahoy is a production by the students of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. It is the first time for them to step on stage and meet the audience. It is frank and honest, unpredictable and exciting - a summer production with songs and dances.
The production is based on true stories about people who have lived in Käsmu and events in their lives. For centuries Käsmu has been an important village for seamen showing the essence of the way of life that is strongly connected to the sea. This is the place where the most romantic stories and the rough reality meet.
In the process of making this production the students collected data from various archives. Of course, there are also many songs and dances included. The supervisor of the students is Hendrik Toompere Jr.
There will only be 10 performances! The number of seats is limited.
